    What does "critical diversity" mean and how can we anchor it in the arts and culture sector? Together with art and cultural actors, administration and politics, we will open up the open the space to discuss the collected recommendations of participants of the Forum Fair Culture series and to consider steps for a more inclusive and fair future.

    The Forum Fair Culture series is coming to an end!  From March 4, the publication Critical Diversity in the Cultural Sector? Reflections from the Forum Fair Culture is available for download. In addition to the experiences and analyses of the affected communities and recommendations for cultural policy and administration, you will find a two-way conversation between Sara Hassan and Jumoke Sanwo, who seek possible answers to the question "What is hidden behind the word decolonize?

    Teil II: 16:00 - 18:00 Workshop
    Rassismuskritisch Denken. Üben mit Dunia Khalil
    Ein interaktiver Workshop bietet Akteur*innen aus Kunst- und Kultur die Möglichkeit, anhand von Beispielen wie „White Fragility“ oder „Tokenism“ rassismuskritisches Arbeiten zu üben. Pro Organisation/Institution ist die Teilnahme einer Person möglich.
