Performance festival for young adults on diversity, sex + gender, queerness + feminisms.
The SKIN performance festival negotiates themes for a young adult audience between 15 and 23 years. It is about the equality of all people and their right to self-determination, the freedom not to have to commit oneself and not to be simply legible - regardless of body appearance, gender and sexual orientation, origin, social affiliation, skin color, mother tongue or religion.

With international guest performances and local productions by independent groups as well as lectures, talks, concerts, workshops and parties, marginalized communities and people are to be offered a platform, but also prejudices are to be dismantled and new perspectives gained. We question and play with images of critical masculinity, female* empowerment and queerfeminist positions in a fun and subversive way.
