In the ‘PHARAO IN DRAG!’ programme, Stefanie Sourial deals with the clash between traditions, generations, classes, origins and identities, in short: between rainbow parades and fraternity stalls. This collision triggers a crash that brings space and time to a standstill. In the truest sense of the word, Sourial personally brings time to a standstill. Through the rift in time, Stefanie Sourial reveals herself to the audience as a descendant of the Egyptian pharaohs and takes the audience on a journey through the world of her special family: 

From the first pharaohs, their scandals, death masks, pants, socks, or aliases, to their mobile phone ringtones, from Hollywood to Krems an der Donau. And Krems an der Donau is unforgiving! 

This historical, political, mythological and absurd journey allows the audience to rediscover the past and present.
