Four ‘heroes’ of European contemporary history meet at a secret location. The path to the inner circle of power is arduous; anyone who wants to play along or even have a say must know the rules. No deal without a counter-deal. A little bit of ‘democrature’, loosely based on adventure novels, tax investigation files, war reports, secret service information, indictments of the WkSta, comics, U-committees, the Bible, children's fairy tales, spy films or chat histories. And since the meeting is taking place in Vienna – which is not coincidentally the seat of the UN, OPEC, the OSCE and the FSB – the corpses that can no longer be swept under the carpet pile up into a morbid farce.
