Mahan Mirarab, Iranian master of the (fretless) guitar, composer and arranger, is a poetic storyteller who combines Middle Eastern cultures with jazz and improvisation. He is currently embarking on one of his wonderful sound expeditions with classical/jazz singer Efrat Alony from Israel and Bosnian soprano Nataša Mirković, who has a verve for Balkan folk.
