Katharina Spanlang and Asma Aiad talk about migrant perspectives in intangible cultural heritage.

With the reopening of the Volkskundemuseum Wien after its renovation, a space for diverse urban cultures is being created in the former commercial wing of the baroque Gartenpalais Schönborn. As a pilot project for the development of this concept, a broad program will take place in 2024 and 2025.
With Konversationen, we invite you to an informal series of discussions with groups and actors of the post-migrant city. Approaches, practices and projects will be presented and debated. Konversationen aims to facilitate exchange, establish connections and is the beginning of a public search movement that will lead to the Hof der Kulturen (working title).
