H13 Lower Austria Prize for Performance

This year, for the 17th time, Kunstraum Niederoesterreich is awarding Austria's only prize for performance art. For the first time since the award's establishment, an international partner will be present at the award ceremony: the Bergen Kunsthall in Norway.

With the declared aim of increasing the visibility of the local performance art scene internationally and making a lasting contribution to its promotion, the H13 Prize will be awarded this year in partnership with the Bergen Kunsthall in Norway. In addition to the prize money of € 5.000,- and the funds for the realization of the awarded performance project (in the amount of € 2.000,-) the winners of the H13 Prize will have the opportunity to further develop their practice during a two-week residency at the LIVE STUDIO of the BERGEN KUNSTHALL.
