His music is like spices to his musical tajine, the metaphysical blues of the Saharan Berber scales, the virtuosity of fiery flamenco and the innovation of Western music.With strong influences of Gnawa music and rhythms of west Africa connected with spiritual healing trance, Ayoub takes you with him on a musical journey according to his motto: "Life is music and music is adventure!" He will show you distant landscapes of music, but also bring you intimately close through love and unity.
In the world music scene Ayoub has worked with artists like Tinariwen, Bombino, Fatoumata Diawara and Bombino.The show will be presented by Ayoub's trio together with Taha Abys on bass and Amadou Fola on percussion.This unique trio is bringing 2 sets of original music performance and entertainment and additional set of standard covers of raggea funk blues and rock with a 4rd musician as special guest.
