Hope is a much-used term at the moment. Not so long ago, and in the face of a seemingly continuous positive upward trend, hardly anyone thought about it.

In contrast to optimism, hope involves negativity. In this way, it remains connected to reality and can enable us to break new ground together, overcome fears and constantly invent new stories that are more worth living.
