Concert with Ablinger+Voutchkova and Vertixe Sonora: Maria Mogas Gensana+Nuno Pinto

Maria Mogas Gensana and Nuno Pinto are part of the Spanish-Portuguese Vertixe Sonora Ensemble, which unites prominent soloists of contemporary music, performs in various formations and also works collectively with sound and visual artists, jazz musicians, as well as in a theater and dance context. With works from the 21st century, the duo line-up can be heard for the first time in Graz.

Peter Ablinger's artistic work is diverse per se. It includes visuals, installations, texts, conceptual, performative and situational works - and, of course, music, including a lot of music about music. It includes research and commentary - philosophical, perceptual-psychological, even political. Biliana Voutchkova, on the other hand, is a dynamic, thoroughly committed interdisciplinary artist, violinist, composer, performer, improviser and curator with a highly individual, unconventional artistic language.
