How do we integrate ourselves, the Serbs, a nation whose image has been badly tarnished since the Emperor's murder and Srebrenica, in a country like Austria, whose history teachers report on this same Emperor's murder with unrelenting shock? Malarina invites us to a history lesson from Sarajevo to Ibiza and deals with the painful loss of HC Strache in "Serbs die slowly".

Malarina is the cabaret art figure of Marina Lacković. The Tyrolean with Serbian roots is one of the most interesting newcomers among cabaret artists. Her first solo program "Serben sterben langsam" (Serbs die slowly) was acclaimed by audiences and critics and made her a high-flyer on the cabaret scene despite lockdown.
